This wicked blend comes from El Portezuelo in El Salvador and Hacienda Sajonia in Nicaragua. El Portezuelo specialises in Bourbon and Pacas varieties whereas Hacienda Sajonia specialises in Caturra, Java and Catuai. The beautiful El Diablo natural reserve is situated 1580 masl between the Northen mountains of Nicaragua. Rich potable spring water is abundant at the slopes of El Portezuelo which adds to the unique character of these coffee varieties.
This blend is processed in Bremen, Germany. The MC process used is thought by many in the coffee industry to maintain coffee flavor better than other processes.
